Often, the enterprises that promote the construction of new build properties in Spain are thought to be more interested in the project profitability that they overlook other significant aspects like the design and the quality. And the fact is that most of the times, this belief has a lot to do with reality.
Before starting with the promotion of Villamartin Paradise, we worked as architects for over a decade, in leading promoter companies nationwide. Through these experiences we have noted that, if at the beginning the untrained eye does not detect significant differences in qualities, in a few years these begin to make their presence.
